The best part of staying at a bed & breakfast, has to be the breakfast. Our morning typically starts at 7am, vegetables are being chopped for the frittata, waffle batter is being mixed up, muffins are going into the oven, all before the coffee beans are ground.
When you hear the sound of coffee beans grinding or the smell of freshly brewed coffee, you won’t need a clock to tell you it’s time to get up. Help yourself to a cup and sit and relax in the front room by the fireplace, enjoy reading the morning paper or a book from our library while we prepare your breakfast.
Once all of our guests have gotten acquainted with each other, we serve the first course, usually greek yogurt and granola topped with locally grown fruits when in season. Freshly baked muffins, banana breads or scones can be smelled coming next from the kitchen. Following that you can be sure to enjoy anyone of the days entrees of waffles, eggs, frittatas, or french toast.
If you cant decide which one you like best, why not stay for a week and sample a different entree each day. If you have any dietary restrictions, kindly give us notice so we can prepare something special just for you.

Living in Niagara-on-the-Lake and being surrounded by farmers growing fruits and vegetable allows us the opportunity to show our guests at what the region has to offer.
When Ed and I started our b&b, we wanted our guests to feel like family in our home and we hope you feel the same way.
